Our new broker quoting tool has several enhanced features to help make managing quotes simpler. You can edit a previously created quote, clone a previous quote and create a template for use in future quotes. Scroll down to see step-by-step instructions on how to create a quote on our new broker portal. You may create a new client quote from your dashboard or from the Quotes tab. 

To create a quote:

1. Enter the group's information.
2. Choose the plan type.
3. Enter the number of employees anticipated to enroll.
4. Enter the employer contribution expectation, and
5. Enter the current carrier information.
6. Then click select plan options.

Next:

1. Select plan options, 
2. Coverage levels,
3. Waiting periods,
4. And any deductibles and maximums. 

Then select whether you would like to see:

5. Two-year rates and
6. Delta Dental PPO^TM  — EPO Plan Design options.
7. Click Search Plans.

Rates for those plans will be displayed. To view coverage information, click See Plan Details. Click Select Plan next to any of the plans you wish to add to your rate quote. 

To add additional plans, click Edit Quote and follow the process above. When finished, click Download as PDF to save a PDF of the quote. 

Once you save your quote, the new quote will appear under Recent Quotes on your broker dashboard and under Quote History on the Quotes tab.

If you have administrator access for any group, you can manage benefits and eligibility from this portal, such as:

• Adding new employees and dependents
• Editing employee and dependent records
• Terminating employees and dependents
• Downloading a member's ID card and benefits booklet
• Viewing past and present bills
