The Delta Dental of Virginia Foundation fall grant cycle is now open! Our grants program focuses on supporting safety net clinics that provide oral health care to vulnerable people across the Commonwealth. Non-profits and government entities serving the Commonwealth are eligible to apply.

Based on your feedback, we're making a change to the Delta Dental Loan Repayment Program. One year of previous safety net experience is no longer required and we are accepting applications until October 15, 2022.
Our one-year student loan repayment program helps Virginia dentists and dental hygienists in exchange for 12 months of service with a safety-net clinic. Through this program, a total of $250,000 is available — up to $20,000 for dentists and $10,000 for hygienists.

The Delta Dental of Virginia Foundation reports its community impact work annually through our Smile Report to the Delta Dental Plans Association. The Delta Dental system provides community support in all fifty states and our national community impact efforts addressed our communities' most pressing needs last year, including responding to COVID-19, addressing health inequities and disparities, and advancing oral health.
