In 2022, the Delta Dental of Virginia Foundation awarded $576,100 in grants. These eight grant recipients plan to use funds to advance oral health practices and expand access to dental care across Virginia.

Supporting the Virginia dental safety net is a critical part of achieving our goal to create healthy smiles for all Virginians. Through our grants program, the Delta Dental of Virginia Foundation provides financial support to strengthen our safety net.

The Delta Dental of Virginia Foundation awards grants to 501(c)(3) organizations that are working to advance positive oral health in Virginia communities. Our grants program focuses on making a large impact on the most critical oral health needs in our communities.

In support of this strategy to make big impacts, award amounts range from $75,000 - $100,000. Grants are awarded annually in the fall.
